The Danvers YMCA Mission
Being part of a larger organization, but operating on our own, Danvers Community YMCA’s mission statement reflects the movement of Y’s worldwide. We are currently a highly respected association in the community since 1932, our mission “to provide innovative programs that positively influence the quality of life for our members, our families, and our communities,” is central in our efforts to focus on “build strong kids, strong families and strong communities. Offering a whole body approach, we focus on offering activities that contribute to minds, bodies, spirits and social wellness. We commit to:
