Saturday, April 11 | 10:00–12:00 PM

The Gentle Return is a 2-hour nervous system regulation workshop for high-capacity women — business owners, caregivers, and leaders who are always “on” and rarely get to fully rest.
This space is for women who hold a lot, feel deeply tired, and notice their bodies won’t fully let go — even when life looks fine.
Through somatic movement, hypnosis, and reiki, you’ll be guided into an experience of safety, support, and non-effortful rest.

This work isn’t about doing more.
It’s about letting the body experience being supported.

Anger isn’t something we need to suppress—it’s something we need to move.

When anger gets trapped in the body, it can show up as tension, anxiety, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm.

Somatic practices help us release that energy safely so the nervous system can return to regulation.

Try these somatic anger release tools:
💛 The Scream – Find a safe space and let it out. Sound is one of the fastest ways to discharge built-up energy from the nervous system.
💛 Wood Choppers – Stand tall, interlace your hands overhead, then swing your arms down powerfully as you exhale. Repeat to move anger through the body.
💛 Lion’s Breath – Inhale deeply through the nose, then exhale through the mouth with your tongue out and a strong “HA.” This helps release jaw, throat, and chest tension.

Anger is not the problem. Unexpressed anger is.

When we give it a healthy outlet, it becomes fuel for boundaries, clarity, and change.

A day for group (10 people) and individual reflection, we will be holding sessions for somatic movement, hypnotherapy, reiki, journaling/reflection, and nature/forest bathing, as well as time for group and one-on-one connection.
May 2nd is a gentle, restorative retreat for high-capacity women who hold so much for everyone else and are ready to be held themselves. It's a nourishing day to soften, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body in a space that feels safe, supported, and deeply cared for.

The Gentle Return is a 2-hour nervous system regulation workshop for high-capacity women.

What We’ll Work With
Somatic Movement: Helps the body distinguish between effort and support, so muscles and the nervous system can soften without force.
Hypnosis: Gently works with subconscious patterns of over-responsibility, control, and hyper-vigilance — without needing to analyze or relive anything.
Reiki: Offers non-effortful receiving, allowing the body to rest in a state where nothing is being asked of it. This is especially powerful for women who are used to giving.

When you live in a state of constant responsibility, your nervous system rarely experiences true safety or rest — even in stillness.
This work isn’t about doing more.
It’s about letting your body experience what it feels like to be held, supported, and allowed to soften.
