What’s new since the last time I posted on Facebook? As many of you know I’ve been involved in martial arts since I was 14 years old. In July 2022, at the ripe age of 53, I finally earned my black belt in Karate. I want to give a big thank you to my instructor Larry Leavitt. Larry was one of the most dedicated coaches to his students that I’ve ever worked with. He truly loves the art and he is not about the money. Great experience!
