Posting here after a long time :) Life has been very busy, but good busy by God's grace 🩷
About 2 weeks back, the sun was nicely out for 3-4 days. I had been waiting eagerly and immediately took the opportunity to start my first 'kanji' (home made probiotic drink) batch 😋 Used beets, carrots and radish. This time followed the recipe that my older brother shared with me - something he has been using making delicious batches back in India! Sharing day wise pics below. Usually if the sun is nicely hot, it is ready in 3 days.

Always prefer dietary probiotics over pill probiotics. And if home made, even better!!

Just made these yummy multi grain paranthas, coated and crisped with sesame seeds - had three of them already!! These are the remaining ones. All set for the next couple of days 😋 Will have with yogurt, pickles and other accompaniments :)

**Interesting enough to share** Got a (legit) call from Aetna Health Insurance (a giant in health insurance) yesterday asking about my services and if they were covered by insurance. I asked her the purpose of the call. And she said one of their clients had been pursuing Aetna to call my office and ask about coverage. I explained everything to her clearly. I guess I will take it as a good sign!
