I don't know about you, but with summer winding down, lately I feel as if I need a vacation from my vacation! Autumn is a great time to recharge and reset before the Holidays. With the season of giving upon us, we all need to take advantage of time to receive.

It is more important now than ever to keep moving. So many amazing people putting out content for us to follow along and stay connected with ourselves and each other on our paths to health and sanity.

I chose this flow to start my day today and was left feeling at peace and strong in my body and soul.

It was with great difficulty that I had to make the decision to temporarily stop seeing patients and clients for the foreseeable future. All appointments will be canceled from today on.
I strongly advise everyone to adhere to Social Distancing guidelines, in addition to washing hands and staying healthy.
I will be here for you when COVID-19 has run it course and we are able to resume our normal routines. In the meantime, stay well everyone. We are all in this together and this too shall pass ♥️

2 years ago today Limb by Limb Massage was born as a Part Time dream to continue to build.
Today, I am in the same space and working Full Time as a Small Business Owner/ Licensed Massage Therapist.
5 years ago I could not even have imagined this accomplishment and could not have done it without the dedication and loyalty of my clients. Not just to me, but to their Wellness and the optimum performance of their own body.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Here is to many more years of working together. Each and every year will be dedicated to you!
