Try making a few simple adjustments ⬇️
• Avoid “sacral sitting” (leaning back on your tailbone on the couch/bed/chair)
• Sit upright on your sit bones instead
• When standing, don’t push your hips forward — keep your spine stacked in one line

✔ Keep your neck in a neutral position (not too high, not too flat)
✔ Choose a pillow that fills the space between your head & shoulder
✔ Side sleeper? Add a pillow between your knees to keep hips & low back aligned
