If your tailbone has been aching lately… this might be why 👀
Try making a few simple adjustments ⬇️
• Avoid “sacral sitting” (leaning back on your tailbone on the couch/bed/chair)
• Sit upright on your sit bones instead
• When standing, don’t push your hips forward — keep your spine stacked in one line
Small changes = big relief 🙌
