2 quarts of water
4 cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 teaspoons ground pepper
3 tablespoons turmeric powder
2 tablespoons honey
6 Bay leaves
approx 4-5 ozs chopped/ mashed ginger root
2 tablespoons cloves
