Matt Stewart is a somatic practitioner, functional life coach, and bodyworker with over a decade of experience in the health and wellness field. Dedicated to helping others heal and grow, Liz Fogarty combines her expertise in education, recovery, and spiritualism to guide individuals toward personal transformation and peace. This platform was created to bring together a spiritual community, educate others on meaningful spiritual topics, and share tools and resources that support healing and personal growth.

Liz Fogarty has explored various paths of healing through education, recovery, and spiritualism. As an educator, she holds a BS in Social Sciences Education, an MA in Curriculum Development, and a CAGS degree in Leadership. Most recently, she completed a 10-month course in Astrology, further expanding her spiritual knowledge and practices.

In her role as a fundraiser for two nonprofit organizations, Liz has collaborated with spiritual and recovery-based healers to develop workshops that provide tools for personal and spiritual growth.

By practicing these tools herself, Liz has been able to heal old emotional and spiritual wounds, follow her dreams, and experience a profound connection to Spirit. This connection has opened her life in extraordinary ways, leading her to walk a more peaceful and purposeful path.
