We took our practices (and ALL the props) on the road this past weekend.

Kentucky showed off with the most beautiful weather for our Spring into Serenity mini-retreat at Historic Arcadia Farm.

We shared a morning of yoga, breathwork, Reiki, and a delicious lunch — and most importantly, time to slow down, breathe, and reconnect.

These gatherings just keep getting more special every time.
