As you settle into 2026, here are 3 gentle questions to carry with you:
1️⃣ What do I need more of? Not to succeed, but to feel supported.
2️⃣ What feels unfinished, unspoken or in need of care? Healing often begins by naming what still hurts.
3️⃣ How can I show up for myself — even in small ways? Maybe it’s making a therapy appointment, drinking water or turning your phone off for 30 minutes before bed.
You don’t have to do everything. Just start with something.
Therapy isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about listening to yourself with care, curiosity and compassion.
