Yoga helps quiet the noise so you can truly listen to your body, feeling where you hold tension, what needs to be released and where you carry ease. Yoga also helps you tune into your breath.
Journaling takes that awareness and gives it space on the page, allowing you to ✨RELEASE✨, reflect, and set intentions.
