The cancelation policy has been on the back burner since moving to my new location. With being settled in now at Tranquility for a couple months, I would like to remind current clients of those policies. Effective immediately:

- You must give 24 hour notice when canceling an appointment, or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
- Even in the case of sickness, you still need to give a 24 hour notice.
- If more than 15 minutes late, without notifying, you will be charged a no show fee.

My program is set to remind clients of their appointments 24 hours ahead of said appointment, so there is no excuse not to contact me if you cannot make it.

Please treat me with the same respect you would like to be treated ❤️

Let me clear up some confusion/miscommunication that has come to my attention a lot recently…

I have had an amazing opportunity to work alongside my insanely talented friend Caitlyn Scarce, and in the FALL I will be moving my business into Tranquility Day Spa, LLC. I am beyond excited to start this new journey Caitlyn and I have tried to do for years now.

But, until I know a specific date or tell anyone to go to a different location, I am STILL at The Larimar Lotus. If you have any questions about your current appointments, feel free to message me and I will clarify.

Hello wonderful clients! Just wanted to refresh everyone on policies and massage etiquette.

Vacations are coming up and I do understand we all have plans during summer, but remember this is my business and my sole income. Please be respectful of my time as I am of yours.

1) If you reschedule more than three times in a row, your appointment will be canceled.

2) If you do not give me 24 hour notice of you missing your appointment, you will be charged a no show fee.

3) No one else can take your appointment for you. I am not taking new clients, and I have a cancellation list of clients waiting for appointments.

Again, I am human and I understand life gets a little crazy. I also, have put my heart and sole into my business and helping people and have to be mutually respected.

With the holidays coming up, I wanted to address gift cards. Since I am not accepting new clients at the moment, I will not be selling gift cards this season. BUT, you can prepay for a current clients next appointment if they are already scheduled. Thank you to all my wonderful amazing clients!

I am so grateful I have a passion and love for massage. I wish I could help heal everyone, but I am just one individual.

With that being said, I am booked till the end of the year and cannot take on any new clients at the moment. I am looking forward to revamping and have some wonderful changes in 2022 ✨
