📚 ❤️ Today we had our 8th “lunch and learn” with Heather Marra, PT, MPT, PRCC, PCES, CAPP covering the pelvic floor and all the complexities with dysfunction. Her specialty of pelvic health includes evaluating and treating women with pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, sexual pain, & pelvic organ prolapse. These symptoms may be a concern through pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and post menopause stages of life. We are very lucky and thankful to have the opportunity to learn from her and repaid her with Starbucks 🤩!!

📚💪🏽 Yesterday we had our 7th “lunch and learn” with Kobie Hoover, DPT in which we learned about the Neubie!! The Neubie, short for ‘Neuro-Bio-Electric,’ is an innovative, FDA-cleared device that utilizes direct current (DC) to foster tissue healing and neuromuscular re-education. It uniquely stimulates the nervous system to enhance recovery of tissue, bone, muscle, and nerves, leading to faster healing, increased strength, and improved functionality. He also demonstrated some manual therapy techniques and discussed concepts he is working in his COMT training!! We are so thankful to have the opportunity to learn from him and repaid him with Chic-fil-A!! 🤍
