Over the years many of you have followed my journey through recovery, healing, and personal growth.
Recently I started putting something together that reflects the patterns I’ve noticed in transformation.
I call it The My Journey Butterfly Model™. 🦋

It describes four stages people often move through during healing and personal growth:
🥚 Awareness
🐛 Learning
🦋 Transformation
🦋 Growth

Taking time to reflect helps you notice emotions, recognize patterns, and respond to stress intentionally.

I wanted to share a brief and heartfelt update.

On January 30, 2026, my partner and I experienced the loss of our baby. We’ve named them Baby Lilac 🌸✨

This has been a time of deep grief, reflection, and honoring a love that will always exist, even without the future we imagined.
I’m moving slowly and intentionally right now - prioritizing rest, healing, and allowing space for the emotions that come with loss. Content may be quieter or softer for a bit, and I appreciate patience and understanding during this time.

If you or someone you love has walked through pregnancy or infant loss, please know you’re not alone.
Love doesn’t disappear - it transforms.

You’ll see content here related to:
recovery and healing
mental health education
emotional regulation and coping skills
reflection, growth, and self-compassion

This page is intentionally inclusive. People come from many cultures, belief systems, and backgrounds, and healing doesn’t require a shared worldview - only respect.
There is no pressure to believe a certain way, heal a certain way, or share more than you’re comfortable with. This space centers understanding over judgment and learning over shame.

Recovery is not linear.
Mental health is not a personal failure.
Growth happens at different paces.

Our thoughts influence how we experience the world - especially during stress or healing.

Learning to notice self-talk and gently challenge unhelpful patterns is a powerful mental health skill. Motivation grows when we treat ourselves with curiosity instead of criticism.
