Diaphragmatic movement is the constant training ground for the pelvic floor - when the diaphragm moves, the pelvic foor moves.

For the pelvic floor to work synergistically with the diaphragm, it's needs to be flexible and responsive.

We don't train for a flexible or responsive pelvic floor by always pre-contracting it.

By allowing the pelvic muscles to adjust to the changing pressures of the abdomen (powered by the diaphragm) we encourage adaptive support for the pelvic organs.

Stop gripping, start moving.
