Calming down and regulating your nervous system isnt about stretching and then moving about your day.

Calming down and regulating your nervous system is about showing up, being present, feeling into your body, giving your self cues with your breath to release what you are hold onto, in your mind and in your body.

It may be harder than a flow class. We are not use to allow ourselves the presence and time to actually feel what is going on. When you do, it may be uncomfortable and challenging. That is the practice. To show up and allow. To be present for the challenge. That is the break through your nervous system needs to release that deep old trauma we hold onto.

Class Schedule:
• Chair Yoga – Mondays
• Slow Flow Yoga – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday at 10 AM
• Yin Yoga – Wednesday & Saturday at 11:30 AM

What to Expect:

Chair Yoga
A gentle, supportive practice using a chair for stability. Perfect for beginners, those with limited mobility, or anyone wanting a softer approach to movement. You’ll improve flexibility, circulation, and feel more connected—without getting up and down from the floor.

Slow Flow Yoga
A mindful, steady-paced class that links breath with movement. Build strength, increase flexibility, and calm the nervous system while moving in a way that feels intentional and grounded. Great for all levels.

Yin Yoga
A deeply relaxing, slow-paced practice where poses are held for several minutes. This allows you to access deeper layers of the body—fascia, joints, and connective tissue—while also creating space to release stress and quiet the mind.
