🌿 What Bodywork Does for Me 🌿
After a massage, I feel like I’ve reconnected with my body. Aches and pains are directly addressed and eased. Sometimes, when I get off the table, I need to sit for a moment, drink some water, and let everything integrate. Other times I feel energized and ready to take on the world—or so relaxed I could roll over and fall asleep.
The truth is, the body is dynamic. Every session feels different because it reflects what’s going on inside you on that day. But one thing stays the same: I always feel better when I leave than when I arrived.
As a practitioner, I’ve also learned that if I go longer than a month without bodywork, I start getting a little jealous of the people on my table. Self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s a must. If I don’t care for myself, I don’t have the resources to fully care for others.
When was the last time you gave yourself some true self-care? Bodywork is one powerful option—but it’s not the only one.
Here’s my current availability. If you’re feeling the call for hands-on support, reach out—I’d love to help you reconnect with your own body.

For those who do not know, I moved my business location a year ago to accommodate my Ayurvedic studies. And there has been personal challenges/opportunities this last year for me to practice what I preach with perception shifts, meditation, etc... also known as self-care.
These challenges have helped me appreciate a little more what we as persons having a human experience feels like. I am greatly looking forward to this upcoming year to fulfill my spirit from the lessons I’ve been learning with more love, more kindness, and a presence of non-judgment.
