Touch of Relief

Touch of Relief My passion is to help individuals live their fullest potential. Touch of Relief is the vehicle I have been using for the last 27 years.

I use many different modalities/tools to accomplish this. check out the book now button to find the service menu. The body is much smarter than we are. By allowing the body's wisdom to prioritize, it allows the body to make the appropriate long term changes. As a practitioner it is my intent to take a w-holistic approach to your health. With the use of my Zyto scan we can identify your body's stressors and what your body needs to balance those stressors. It really can be as simple as listening to the body. Are you ready to find out what your body is asking for?

Lets not make kindness a random act.

Share with us any kindness you witnessed this week. And let's nominate someone you witnessed doing something above and beyond in kindness.

Lets normalize and give energy to the positive in our lives.

🌿 10 Ayurvedic Guidelines for Healthy Eating 🌿

We all know that what we eat is important, but did you know that how we eat is just as crucial? Ayurveda teaches us that mindful eating supports digestion, balance, and overall wellness.

Here are the 10 Ayurvedic Guidelines to nourish your body and mind:

1. Eat Fresh, Seasonal Foods — Nature provides what your body needs at the right time.

2. Eat with Awareness — Focus on your meal, avoid distractions like phones or TV.

3. Eat Slowly and Chew Well — Proper digestion begins in the mouth.

4. Eat When Hungry — Honor your body’s signals rather than eating out of boredom or habit.

5. Avoid Overeating — Stop eating before you feel full to avoid sluggishness.

6. Eat Warm and Cooked Foods — Easier to digest and more nourishing for your body.

7. Include All Six Tastes — Sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent, and astringent for balance.

8. Eat at Regular Times — Keeps your digestion in rhythm and prevents overeating.

9. Use Digestive Spices — Ginger, cumin, fennel, and coriander help stimulate digestion.

10. Create a Calm Eating Environment — Peaceful surroundings enhance digestion and absorption.

Remember: Eating is not just about fuel, but a holistic ritual that supports your body, mind, and spirit.

✨ Let’s honor what and how we eat for a healthier, happier life! ✨

Yoga isn’t just movement — it’s a way to tune in.
To your body.
To your emotions.
To your strength.

It’s a chance to release old emotional baggage, to physically move in ways that build both resilience and ease — in your muscles and in your mind.

Whether your challenge is sitting in stillness or finding motivation to move, yoga meets you where you are.

A balanced class can shift everything — body, mind, and spirit.

For whoever needs to hear this:
Take a moment and check in with yourself.

Are you dreading the start of your week?
Wishing you had one more day to recover from the weekend?
Feeling sore, anxious, or simply needing a time out?

✨ Choose you. ✨
Choose time to recharge your body and mind.

That could look like:
🌿 A quiet walk outside
🌿 10 minutes of deep breathing in stillness
🌿 Or an hour-long session with your favorite massage therapist

If you’re feeling the nudge to book some time for yourself, you can check my availability online at www.touchofrelief.net or just send me a message.

Our Story

2019 - Touch of Relief has a refreshed new space.

For those who do not know, I moved my business location a year ago to accommodate my Ayurvedic studies. And there has been personal challenges/opportunities this last year for me to practice what I preach with perception shifts, meditation, etc... also known as self-care.

These challenges have helped me appreciate a little more what we as persons having a human experience feels like. I am greatly looking forward to this upcoming year to fulfill my spirit from the lessons I’ve been learning with more love, more kindness, and a presence of non-judgment.

As of today, I have finished the make-over I have given my company. If you haven’t stopped by in a while, schedule an appointment and come see me. Let me brighten your human experience.
