An awesome patient gave me this ornament my first Christmas in the Frankfort clinic, saying that PelvicSmart was officially welcomed into the Frankfort community. My heart is absolutely with my Frankfort families now as they rebuild, recover, and heal from the incredible challenges and tragedy of this past week. Sending so much love your way, friends.

PelviCon 2024 was incredible as always! Amazing fellow pelvic therapists and world renowned experts in our field. Highlight for me: got to nerd out and meet one of my pelvic PT idols, international expert in Men’s Health PT, Dr. Jo Milios. ❤️

Tonight is a perfect example of why I LOVE being a pelvic therapist. So incredibly grateful to do coursework with the world renowned Australian pelvic health physio, Taryn Hallam (my pelvic PT and anatomy idol…lol) for the past few weeks. Tonight we gathered together some amazing therapists from all over the south for hands on training (and, of course, great food and drinks). Thank you so much for everything you do for our profession, Taryn Hallam and the Women’s Health Training Associates.
