Attention Patients:
We appreciate your patience as our office completes scheduling adjustments for several of our providers.
Due to recent staffing changes, including a provider transitioning to part-time office and another leaving the practice, some appointments may need to be rescheduled due to these adjustments.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding as we work to continue providing high-quality care.

📌Edited to add for additional clarification:
Vivian Grice is no longer with our practice, and Tanya Bailey will be transitioning to a reduced office schedule. As a result of these changes, both our hospital call and office schedules are being adjusted. These updates will take effect beginning in January.
