"Good morning, Doc. I'm home from my 100 mile adventure. I finished. I was 3rd of 17 in my age group and 104th of 354 overall. It was the greatest physical challenge I've ever experienced. I'm so satisfied and proud of how I handled the heat and the long night. Thank you for the big role you played in getting me there."
The "role" we played was to increase his lung capacity and power of his legs, which resulted in him experiencing "the best performance of his life!" His body, "which is fearfully and wonderfully made" took it from there!
