Feeling the stress of the upcoming holiday season? Get your checkup now as a good first step in managing your health this winter. Your self- care level needs to increase as your stress increases. Don't forget to exercise this winter, especially if a big meal or celebration is planned later that day. Exercise and eating less at night is a good way to avoid the 6 pound weight gain the average American experiences over the holidays. Try to stay weight - neutral this winter!
