As a result of this acquisition, we would also like to inform our patients of some additional changes that will also be taking place on July 1, 2025:
· Dr. Stephen Ernst, our current shoulder and elbow specialist, will be leaving our clinic and likely leaving the Danville area.
· Dr. Sharukh D. Shroff, Rheumatologist, will be leaving our practice to start his own private practice in Danville. All of Dr. Shroff’s patient records will be transferred to his new office and you do not need to take further action.
If you do not wish to change any of your current providers, you do not need to take further action at this time. We will continue to see you as our patient!
Should you decide to make any changes to your care in any of these specialties, we suggest the following:
1. Obtain a copy of your medical records by contacting our office at 434-793-4711 x 3
2. Arrange to transfer your records to a new provider. Please provide the information to send your records to the provider of your choice when you call to request the transfer.
