Hi Everyone, sorry it's been a while since I've posted any updates, I came home from nashville on January 24th, and have been taking it easy and settling in, all is well. We have monthly follow up appointments right now

Daily ponderings, hard to believe I've been in nashville for just over 2 months! About a month and a half till I go home!

I must come to you once again asking for help. One of 2 grants my caretaker was relying on to pay bills has fallen through due to being out of funds. The other one was less than half of what was expected due to being low on funds. We are in desperate need of help. My caretaker being able to remain with me hinges on us coming up with some money.

Within the next day or 2 I should have a 100% tax deductible donation link, when I do i will update this post

Day +32 update. We go this morning at 8:30 for My 30 day repeat biopsy followed by clinic at 10. I will likely be hurting by the time I get home so I will likely rest most of the day!

Here we are on the eve of day +30. There have been many ups and downs but we are doing well for the most part there are still some issues we are dealing with but all in all we are getting there

Day+5. Update

WE ARE OUT OF THE HOSPITAL!
Daily Outpatient appointmets until further notice.
Not feeling too bad, other than occasional chills and just in the tired side. Mom (carrie) will be here through Saturday. Troy Cook will be headed down on Friday. If there is anything you would like to send to me via him he needs to have it by Thursday!
Momma Ronda will be remaining through till we come home from nashville

We have Reached 4 days post transplant ! Other than some fatigue and chills, Ray is weathering everything as best as can be expected. He gets his last chemo treatment this afternoon. His white count is close to bottoming out, Which is what we want. As long as he keeps his strength and appetite, he should get released tomorrow, back to the apartment here in nashville.

Things are looking good so far for day +1
Things are rather in eventful so far, but that’s to a bad thing.

At this time He is allowed visitors. He is allowed get well cards, ect, but are NOT allowed to have LIVE FLOWERS due to a high infection risk.

We want to thank everyone for everything that you all have done and continue to do. It takes a village to pull this off.

If anyone would like to send things to help, but are not able to/comfortable sending monetary donations, then we are also able to accept gift cards for Gas Stations, Restaraunts, Grocery stores , Craft stores, amazon, door dash, Instacart, ect.

His required full time care taker at max capacity. We are doing our best to work together that their daily expenses are taken care of so that they can focus on ray’s care.

As a means ho help pass the time and help others, ray has picked up crocheting , hand sowing, ect doing various projects a donating these products to Various programs at Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center.
