Due to the anticipated severe weather conditions, including high winds, severe storms, and potential tornadoes, our operating hours will be adjusted to close at 1 pm today, prioritizing the safety and well-being of both employees and patients. We will be open on Thursday, January 29, 2026 at 8am after being closed all of this week~However, we have had quite a difficult time clearing our parking lot and sidewalk so PLEASE be extra cautious when entering the parking lot and walking into the building. Patients may be dropped off right at the front door, which is clear of snow and ice. Appointments tomorrow will be limited to Dr Seepe and lab appointments only. With another impending snow storm heading our way, please call with any medical issues or refills needed so we can addresss those in case our office is closed next week. As always, we strive to take excellent care of our patients even in difficult situations. We hope you understand that we are doing the best we can to answer calls and messages while maintaining the safety of our staff and patients! Due to the condition of our parking lot, we will be unable to safely open for business on Wednesday, January 28,2026. The plow was not able to break through the ice to properly remove the remaining snow and ice accumulation. We will continue returning calls and checking messages throughout the evening and tomorrow to make sure your needs are met. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience~

As of this morning, Executive Drive had not been scraped~Due to the uncertainty of when it may be cleared and treacherous road conditions throughout our area with the frigid temperatures expected tonight, Providence Family & Sports Medicine will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Please leave a message if you are in need of medication refills and our staff will work on getting prescriptions sent in to your pharmacy. We apologize for any inconvenience but feel this is the best option for the safety of staff and patients~
