Due to the condition of our parking lot, we will be unable to safely open for business on Wednesday, January 28,2026. The plow was not able to break through the ice to properly remove the remaining snow and ice accumulation. As of this morning, Executive Drive had not been scraped~Due to the uncertainty of when it may be cleared and treacherous road conditions throughout our area with the frigid temperatures expected tonight, Providence Family & Sports Medicine will be closed on Tuesday, January 27, 2026. Please leave a message if you are in need of medication refills and our staff will work on getting prescriptions sent in to your pharmacy.
