We are currently without phone and internet at our office due to the storm last night. We are working diligently to restore service as our phones and medical record system are internet based, meaning we are at a standstill until the issue is resolved. We are unable to access charts, refill medication or conduct normal business at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and disruption. We are closing today, Wednesday, February 19th at 1pm to ensure that our staff makes it home safely. All patients with afternoon appointments were contacted. We anticipate opening at our regular time on Thursday, February 20, 2025 unless we get significant snow tonight. Thank you for your understanding.

Due to the inconsistent weather patterns in our area, we will be closed on Tuesday, February 11th, to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. Due to the predicted inclement weather, we will delay our opening until 10 am on Tuesday, February 11th. This will enable us to evaluate updated weather forecasts and conditions. If conditions prove unfavorable, we may need to close for the entire day to ensure the safety of our patients and staff.

We are here to assist you by offering a virtual visit from the comfort of your own home with our Nurse Practitioner, Ann Knight. This offer is exclusively for established patients to complete their AWV and is available only on Mondays or Wednesdays. Please be advised that our office is currently without heat 🥶…but WE ARE OPEN!! We are unsure of a time frame to restore heat as our heating units and gas lines are being evaluated to determine the exact cause of our issue(s). If you have an upcoming appointment this week and possibly next week, wear an extra layer of clothing or if you prefer to reschedule, please call the office at 434-791-4110. Of course, this comes at a time when we are expecting night time temperatures in the 20’s. We ask for patience and understanding as we work as quickly as possible with professionals to remedy this! We apologize for any inconvenience but please understand, it is beyond our control. Should our office need to close for “unbearable coldness” or repair, we will keep you posted!

We are currently experiencing of outage of our phone and internet service through Xfinity rendering us unable to send in refills or answer/return calls. Service is not expected to be restored until 5pm. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is beyond our control. If you have an appointment this afternoon with Dr Winfield, he will see you but will not be able to send in prescriptions until later today or tomorrow. Again, we are sorry!
