🏉 Wheelchair Rugby is BACK!

Get ready for fast-paced action, big hits, and even bigger smiles! Join IM ABLE Foundation at YMCA – Sinking Spring for wheelchair rugby on:

📅 Sunday, Jan. 18
📅 Sunday, Feb. 8
📅 Sunday, Feb. 22

This program is designed for individuals with physical disabilities, including amputation/limb loss, spinal cord injury, wheelchair users, and those with cerebral palsy, brain injury, or stroke. Participants will learn the basics of wheelchair rugby—techniques, rules, and teamwork—while enjoying an exciting, high-energy workout that builds strength, endurance, and confidence in a supportive environment.

🤝 Please bring a support person if you need assistance with transfers or personal care

Come challenge yourself, try something new, and experience the thrill of wheelchair rugby. We can’t wait to see you on the court!
