💖The universe has been sending me the most aligned clients lately 💖

Like gifts from the heavens 🪽

I’ve helped people:

⛓️‍💥 Release the chains of narcissistic abuse in exchange for freedom

🥺 Let go of feeling so disconnected from their purpose that they wanted to leave this earth to feeling grounded, connected and happy again

✈️ Release the fear of flying so they could go on their dream vacation free from crippling anxiety

🐘 Release anxiety that felt like an elephant standing on the chest to walking around with such a lightness they couldn’t even remember the feeling of heaviness any more

And this is just in the last week and a half!!

I have been honing my craft, using a combination of silent counselling, hypnotherapy, forgiveness and more. It’s powerful!

See for yourself how the breath can literally change your mood, by controlling the nervous system.

You will learn 4 transformative breathing tools that can alter your life, coupled with Mudra (hand movements that complete electrical circuits in the body), and Mantra (positive affirmations to help focus).

We build as we go. Start slow, and end with an ancient Tummo breath.
