Discover the building blocks of yoga in this 90-minute beginner-friendly class designed to deepen your understanding of foundational poses and techniques.

Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, this class provides a technical approach to key postures like Mountain Pose, Downward Dog, Warrior I and II, and Seated Forward Fold.

You’ll learn proper alignment, explore how each pose benefits the body, and build strength, flexibility, and balance in a supportive and engaging environment.

With a focus on breath awareness and mindful movement, we’ll guide you step-by-step to connect with your body and practice safely.

This is an experience you don't want to miss!

See for yourself how the breath can literally change your mood, by controlling the nervous system.

You will learn 4 transformative breathing tools that can alter your life, coupled with Mudra (hand movements that complete electrical circuits in the body), and Mantra (positive affirmations to help focus).

We build as we go. Start slow, and end with an ancient Tummo breath.
