Today we celebrate an incredible leader and mentor, Esteban Hernandez, on his birthday! 🎉 🎈
As our Director of Multicultural Services, Esteban has been a true pillar of strength and compassion at Life Push for the past 6 years!
His dedication goes far beyond a job title,he pours his heart into every client he serves. The youth he works with look up to him like a big brother, someone they can trust, learn from, and feel supported by. Parents consistently speak highly of him, recognizing the genuine care, patience, and commitment he shows in helping their children reach their goals.

Six years, three months, and twenty three days ago, we welcomed our sweet Teresa Davis to the team. Teresa serves as our Family Support Specialist and is an essential part of our leadership team. She is someone whose dedication and compassion truly shine through in everything she does.

Teresa’s clients consistently express how much they love and appreciate her, often bragging about the support, guidance, and care she provides. She is one of Life Push’s strong backbones, always ready to step in and lend a helping hand. When someone needs encouragement or support, Teresa is there to lift them up.

She walks into every room with a warm smile, and her positive presence is felt by everyone around her. Not only do her clients look up to her, but our HYFAs do as well, respecting her leadership, experience, and heart for the work.

We’ve had the pleasure of celebrating 3 special birthdays this past week, and we couldn’t let it pass without recognizing the incredible impact these team members have made.

Robert Bourne has been a strong presence in the Central Region for over a year and a half. From day one, Robert built meaningful connections across the company, forming strong friendships and bringing people together. His positive energy fills any room with laughter and smiles. More importantly, Robert has made a lasting impact on the clients he serves building communication, offering guidance, and helping lead them toward success.

Jordan Blankenship celebrates her birthday today! Jordan joined us a year ago and has been a kind hearted and dedicated HYFA in our Central Region. She is known for the trust and strong bonds she builds with her clients, as well as the bright smile and positive attitude she brings with her every day. Her compassion and consistency truly make a difference for the clients she supports.

Today we pause to honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day, remembering the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his unwavering commitment to equality, justice, and service to others.

Did you know? Dr. King was only 35 years old when he delivered his iconic “I Have a Dream” speech during the March on Washington in 1963 . A moment that helped lead to the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

This day is not only about remembrance, but also about action. In the words of Dr. King, “Life’s most persistent and urgent question is, ‘What are you doing for others?’”
