Providing loving care for my parents is at the top of things I have ever done.
John 15:13 states..
"Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends."

How many times have you heard this and thought on how people have died in service?

I have too, but I just recently figured out after 20 years of caregiving that this 'laying down of life' also means to put on hold one's own life in a service of love.
This is what Christ did and still does for us.

Need uplifting strength? Read chapter John 15 with the idea of living and caregiving and know that Jesus calls you His friend.

Hoosier Family Caregivers Mission Of Caring For The Caregiver

Hello All, My name is Tim Farley and I created Hoosier Family Caregiver because I am a caregiver myself and I know it is difficult at times to find needed information or help with issues that arise. I am good at finding info and have many ideas and future plans that I would like develope to be of benefit to caregivers but...

I NEED YOUR HELP. LIKE THE PAGE.. FOLLOW THE PAGE.. SHARE THE PAGE AND POSTS.. AND SHARE AND SHARE AGAIN. 1)Like/Follow/Share the Hoosier Family Caregiver Page with all your friends. 👍😃↔📣↔👍😊 2 ) We Want To Hear From You. Be proactive by sharing your time, ideas and solutions, so this page can become a useful tool to all caregivers. ↔💡💡💡↔ 3) Reach out to other caregivers. Caregiving, at times can be a lonely job with no support network. This is something that we need to change and I believe this page and future group (in the works) will accomplish. ❤👫❤ Well, I could go on with numbered list, but I think you get the point. There is so much we can do to make lives better and remember, we are all caregivers at some point. Contact us if you want to help in some way.
