Decompression really works for herniated and bulging discs. This photograph shows the before and after MRI of the lower back. The left side, in the red circle, shows the disc pushing out pressing into the spinal cord. The picture on the right, again in the red circle, show the herniated/bulge disc is now gone.

It’s Discoverer, DD Palmer, hypothesized that a stressed spinal bone, out of alignment, could interfere with the signals of life flowing through the nervous system.
