Stuffed with flax seed, can be heated in the microwave.
The clothing can be removed for washing. Using a microwave with a turntable, heat the pillow for 20 seconds, redistribute seeds and heat again in 20-second intervals until comfortably warm. Or chill in freezer ❄️ 🔥
