Our breath is our life force, our life extension, our prana. Most times we are unaware of our breath as it naturally rises and falls. When we take the time to breathe consciously, we can facilitate transformational experiences. Join us in the studio to experience the power of Circular Breathwork, an ancient technique designed to release emotional stress and tension while expanding our awareness.

In order to fully immerse ourselves, we will begin the session with some movement and meditation, setting our intentions for our practice, and spend some time getting to know each other before engaging in this profound technique. We will leave time at the end of our session to discuss the experience as well.

Join Steve for an in-depth session on the quiet task that keeps us all going — our breath.

How often do you think about your breathing? Maybe when you’re running out of it or trying to catch it! Most of the time, we take our breath for granted, when in truth… it is life force that flows through us. Steve feels passionate about teaching others to be aware of and in-tune with their breath, and he would like to invite you to join him for a 3-hour session to bring attention to this small, automatic activity that allows us to enjoy this life. If you’re looking for a way to slow down, let go of anxiety, and discover yourself on a deeper level, we would love for you to join us.
