Providing massage therapy, salt therapy, infrared sauna, chromotherapy, red light therapy, esthetics, personal training, and fitness classes to revitalize your life. Our office is very client centered and we learn our clients through continual care to build therapeutic relationships. These relationships allow us to "know" your body, how you respond to treatment, and how best to address your tissue issues. We offer a variety of wellness modalities to choose from, and offer a variety of ways to improve your health. There is something here for anyone looking to improve the quality of their life. Many of our services can be mixed, matched, and combined to suit your individualized needs. If you're not sure what you need, THAT'S OK! We are here to talk with you to help you discover your goals. Lora is passionate about helping people feel their best. Body, mind, and spirit. She specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal massage, and assisted stretching, tailoring each session to fit your unique needs. Her calm, caring approach creates a space where you can truly relax and recharge.
