What made you want to work at Hawthorne Inn:
“I wanted to work at Hawthorne Inn because I care deeply about helping others out. This job requires that quality and I love getting to know the residents.”
What is something you enjoy about your job:
“I enjoy having the privilege to help our residents and having great coworkers throughout the entire building that are just as dedicated as I am.”
Who is someone you admire or look up to at work?
“I admire every single person here at Hawthorne Inn. From seeing the resident’s strength in just their everyday living, to all my coworkers who I see work so hard and are very committed to our residents and their role here. We see each other through both the good and hard moments.”
What advice would you give to someone wanting to work at Hawthorne Inn?
"The advice I would give someone looking to work here is go for it - it's a great place! Treat the residents with the care and respect that they deserve. You need to be willing to be a team player because we all work collaboratively here together.”
