📢 Now Accepting Nominations for the Flame Award! 🔥

Do you know a nurse with a connection to Lakeview College of Nursing who embodies adaptability, caring, excellence, integrity, and service? We are now accepting nominations for the annual Flame Award, recognizing licensed nurses who have made a significant impact in the field or in nursing education.

Anyone can nominate a deserving individual! However, nominations must include a detailed explanation of how the nominee meets all of the following criteria.

Flame Award Criteria
Experience: Must be a licensed nurse with at least 10 years of experience in the profession.

Affiliation: Must be an alumni, board member, or faculty of Lakeview College of Nursing -OR- a preceptor for Lakeview College of Nursing students.

Impact: Has made a significant impact in the field of nursing or in the education of future nurses.

Professional Development: Demonstrates a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.

Core Values: Embodies the core values of adaptability, caring, excellence, integrity, and service.

How to Nominate:

To submit a nomination, please create a Word or PDF document and send it to Brittany Lawson at blawson@lcn.edu. Make sure to be specific about how your nominee meets each of the criteria listed.
