Post-surgery doesn’t always mean fully recovered. He still had tightness and limited motion.

Now we’re seeing improvement in how the ankle moves and feels day to day.

More progress coming.

This is a big update in Neil’s progress. In the beginning, the pain was spread throughout the area, especially around the tibia. Now, after multiple sessions, that pain has significantly reduced.
But this is where things shift.

Instead of pain, he’s now feeling more of a limitation — like a “hard stop” when trying to move through full range. That’s actually a key stage in recovery. Once pain decreases, the focus moves to restoring full movement and function.

This session is part of working through that next phase.

If you’ve seen his earlier videos, you’ll understand how big this change is.

The way you treat the muscle matters more than the tool itself. A lot of people rely on up-and-down vibration, which can feel strong but mainly stretches the muscle.

But when you work across the tissue, you start addressing the deeper restriction that keeps coming back. That’s why the second method feels different — and often works better over time.

This is what we’re showing here with Sandeep. Not sure what’s actually causing your tightness?

Everyone wants quick relief. But what actually creates change is working through the entire chain — even the areas you don’t think are the problem.

This is one of those sessions for Neil.

And it’s why his progress keeps moving forward.

What looks like simple neck pain is actually pressure building inside the joint area.
In Cynthia’s case, the goal of decompression is to gently create space in the neck so the area can move better and recover over time. The process works through controlled, rhythmic stretching — not one strong pull — creating a gentle pumping effect.

That movement helps improve circulation inside the area, bringing in oxygen and nutrients while reducing internal pressure. When the neck is compressed or irritated, the surrounding muscles often tighten to protect it. This treatment helps reduce that cycle gradually.

It’s comfortable, controlled, and part of a structured recovery plan — not a one-time fix.

He couldn’t even use a massage gun on his leg for 8 months. Every area was too sensitive, even light pressure was painful.

Now, after a few treatments, he’s able to work into those muscles again. That’s a big shift. Less sensitivity, more tolerance, and real progress.

That kind of reaction only happens when we hit the real problem. The body responds instantly. But what matters is what happens after.

After the adjustment, that same motion becomes easier and less painful. That change is everything.

Cynthia is dealing with a disc issue in her neck, and this is how we’re addressing it. Decompression helps create space in the disc, improve circulation, and support recovery without jumping straight to more aggressive options.

It’s a gradual process, but an important one. Follow for more updates on her progress.

But here’s the question…
💬 What was she dealing with before?
💬 Which treatment made the biggest difference?

Recovery isn’t always instant, especially after surgery. This patient had been dealing with pain for months, even after consistent therapy.

But today, the difference was clear. The movement that used to hurt now feels like a stretch instead of pain. That change tells us we’re on the right track. Progress like this builds over time.

If something still doesn’t feel right in your body, it’s worth getting it checked instead of pushing through it.

If you’ve had an ankle injury, you know the feeling when it doesn’t feel stable anymore. That’s exactly what she was dealing with. After treatment, she could feel the difference. More control, more confidence, and less pain when putting weight on it.

That’s how you know things are improving!

This is Neil’s second session with us. After surgery and a year of PT, he was still dealing with pain and limited movement. Today, something important changed. That sharp pain he used to feel is now turning into more of a stretch.
