Our Story

A long time ago therapy helped me disentangle myself from things that were holding me back. I can say that therapy set me free towards discovering what I wanted and needed in my life. I had been given a gift of reclaiming my worth and wanted to spread it around to others. With a strong sense of purpose, determination and desire to help I became a licensed psychotherapist in the state of California.

After thousands of hours of supervised experience in different settings throughout the bay area, I decided to branch out on my own. In 2011 I opened my first private practice in Castro Valley, CA, and soon after came a second office in Danville, CA. I currently practice at both locations. I specialize in working with children that struggle with depression, anxiety or who are having difficulties at home or at school. I also work great with adults struggling with childhood issues that are holding them back.

In 2014 I added Neurofeedback training to my practice. I realize that psychotherapy alone cannot cure all ailments, and that it needs other avenues to support it’s purpose. The body is a major component in that process and Neurofeedback allows me to include it in a more holistic approach. Neurofeedback allows people to train their brains so that they can sleep, feel, and act better. It became the perfect addition to my practice.

My mission is to help children and adults feel worthy of love, attention and everything that life has to offer.
