Envision your ideal self - what does that person spend time doing? Are they chasing after their dreams, maintaining their health, and making memories with people they love? Or, do they spend their free time numbing, distracting without really resting, scrolling and binging, and letting the time fly by?

A successful person is not one who gets everything they want. That's limitless. You are successful when you repeat the habits of a healthy and happy person.

Your dream life is attainable, you just have to wake up and decide to do what that version of you would do. Get adequate rest. Move often. Eat well. Get out of your comfort zone. Put the phone down and be present. Choose life.

We spend so much time and effort thinking about and trying to control things we can do nothing about.

We can't control the past, the future, the outcome of our efforts, or what other people think of us but this is what dominates most of our thoughts.

But you can control how you show up, how you speak to yourself, and how you take care of yourself.

Many kids today are deeply struggling with emotional outbursts, depression, anxiety, overwhelm, and a difficulty focusing. I believe much of this comes from their lifestyle and environment.

Spending all day on screens, eating mostly highly processed foods low in nutrition and high in sugar, a lack of movement, a lack of sunshine, a lack of time to do nothing but settle down, and the lack of emotional regulation tools are causing most of the issues we see in schools.

Change their environment and habits and watch these SYMPTOMS start to go away.

To make lasting, significant lifestyle change, you have to shift your thinking.

Health isn't just something that happens to you or something that you possess. It's a series of choices you make: what you eat, how often you move your body, the way you show up for yourself and others, and the mindset you take on and train day in and day out.

For the last three years, we've had the privilege of working alongside educators in multiple school districts in our community. We've witnessed firsthand the dedication these teachers pour into their schools and classrooms. Teachers, we recognize your strength, determination, and most importantly, the care and passion that you show to your pupils. Thank you for all you do, especially while bearing the invisible load that you carry home after the last bell has rung. 👨‍🏫

Our team has been working hard on a virtual program to support you both in and out of the classroom -- stay tuned for an announcement later this year.
