Who wants to try some fun classes!

Today is Meet the Trainers Day at the Spanish Fort Y Express! Lilith teaches spin classes, yoga, pilates and strength training and the very popular "weekend challenge!" She's also an expert running coach. Fill out the form and one of our trainers will reach out to you to help you fulfill your healthy living goals.

A schedule shake up! Check out the changes: New cycle class Mondays at 8:15am. Yoga moved from 8:15 to 10:15. And Friday's Weekend Challenge is now 55 minutes long, but stick around after it for another Cycle class at 9:15! Also, REFORMER MINI CLASSES! If you've wanted to try Reformer without committing to a full program, here is your chance. DM for details. (I'm subbing Thursday at 10:15 and 5:15, too, so you've even got some bonus classes this week only!)
