Bay Architecture, LLC is an architectural design and consulting firm based on the Gulf Coast. Founded in 2016 by Architect, Jennifer Nichols, NCARB, LEED AP-BD+C. She has over two decades of experience ranging from a wide variety of small commercial building renovations and ADA compliance retrofits to several complex industrial and large scale commercial building projects, working with local business owners, regional directors and international clients. Bay Architecture strongly believes in teamwork and multi-discipline collaboration. We engage with clients early, to promote clear and dependable communication of the project expectations, between the client, contractor, designers, as well as among the jurisdiction officials. The goal is to develop a detailed but practical and cost effective design for a variety of scales and different types of construction, including entirely new commercial buildings, additions, retrofits and alterations. We focus on our client's budget and time frame to ensure a no nonsense, quality end product.
