[SOCIAL MEDIA BREAK]

I'll be taking a break from posting on Instagram & Facebook.

I've been prayerfully considering doing this for a while and I finally think it's time.

I'll still be writing my blog, sending my emails to my subscribers and living this low-tox/wellness lifestyle. I'll just be sharing my experiences with only my email subscribers for a bit.

If you've been feeling the pull to leave social media for a bit, I hope this encourages you to do the same. Remember that a large part of overall wellness is mental health and fulfilled relationships.

Taking a break is going to keep me in a more positive mindset and deepen my relationships and experiences with my kids instead of constantly feeling the pull to update my Instagram story, post consistently, create content, etc.

If you need me, you can reach me via email at Christina@healthwellnesswoman.com or via my contact page on my website! Subscribe to my email list via link above!

God bless!

How to make your own dried parsley:

-harvest your parsley
-rinse off
-shake excess water off and pat with cotton towel
-line parsley on dehydrator trays in single layer, barely touching
-turn dehydrator on 110 degrees for 10 hours
-store in air tight container and shake every day for 5-7 days
*if the parsley sticks to the sides of container, you need to dry them more or it'll eventually mold*

So fun making our own spices! ❤️

I don't use screens to regulate her or for my own convenience.
