Hello wonderful yogis!

My new summer schedule rolls out next week at beyond the plunge.

my new mobility & strength class offered Tuesday & Thursday at 630am. This class will incorporate a blend of strength with resistance bands or weights and yoga movement. All levels welcome!

Need a mid day reset? I have you covered there with my noon gentle class offered on Monday & Thursday. All levels welcome!

Interested I'm in a private reiki sessions to help decompress the mind/body and realign the chakras? Reach out to me to set up session.
