Hey all....... if you have been having issues with our online scheduler we apologize.

We have set the old scheduler back up. The new one required iPhone/Safari users to go into their settings to accept cookies, despite accepting them on the screen.

Nobody else had an issue and the new scheduler is much more intuitive, simple and easy to use. But... alas... we can't alienate our iPhone brothers and sisters.

If you had this issue please let us know, and we'll give a huge discount on your next... or even your first... visit.

Hey guys... I'M ASKING FOR A LITTLE HELP... testing our website booking process for customers/clients.

Got a few calls from people who said they couldn't book an appointment online for whatever reason. It seems to work for me both on my phone and on the PC including creating new logins with my various emails. Trying to figure out if there is an issue and what that might be.

If anyone has a few minutes and doesn't mind creating a login account with our massage site and booking a 'dummy' appointment to see if it works it would help us out. Doesn't cost anything nor do you have to enter any payment info or personal info, other than your name and email.

Also any criticism or advice on the process and the website would be helpful as well. If you do then please just cancel the appointment afterward. We get people calling and asking how to cancel an appointment when they need to. It seems pretty straight forward to me but if there is something I'm missing I need to correct it.

Other than having to create a login account I can't imagine the process being much easier.

I promise... I'm not looking for emails to spam and I'm not a scammer. 😅
