Our first mental health day camp. Please share with your friends and all who may be interested. We are so excited and can't wait to have fun with the kids and also teach some amazing life skills.
We will have a teens camp on June 20th as well. We also will have a couple dates in July, so please register now as limited spaces are available.

All camps are ran by licensed mental health therapists.

Hello everyone.
We are gearing up for summer and need your opinions. Would there be any interest in the following:

A. KIDS mental health camp (limited time camp with group of peers learning coping skills, communication skills and social skills.)

B. Parenting workshop (how to communicate with your kid better, conflict resolution, and how to manage the teenage years and others, realistically).

C. MOMS self care workshop (focus on self care, ways to ask for help/delegate, relaxation techniques etc)

May is mental health awareness month!! Let's make sure to help each other out and lessen the stigma of taking care of ourselves. Taking care of your body is important but so is taking care of our mind. ❤️ we all need some help at times.
