Gut Health and Postbiotics

Microbiome health remains a cornerstone of pediatric wellness, but the newest buzzword is postbiotics — beneficial compounds made by healthy gut bacteria. While probiotics add good bacteria and prebiotics feed them, postbiotics make the “magic” happen.
