We offer HIIT classes Monday–Friday at:
6:00 AM | 8:30 AM | 12:30 PM

And for all our HYROX athletes:
Wednesday HYROX classes at those same times
Saturday HYROX sessions at 8:00 AM & 9:00 AM

This is why it’s great to take your kids to the gym with you when they are young. My kids are 6 and 9 and have developed an incredible relationship with fitness.

I had three goals for them when it came to the gym:
1. Make sure they had fun and were excited to go to the gym ✅
2. Make sure they understood fitness is part of your life……..always and forever✅
3. Never be intimidated by the gym or the people in it✅

This builds an awesome relationship with fitness and confidence for a lifetime. If you can read what my 9 year daughter wrote, you’ll see she’s definitely not lacking confidence already 🤣
