Join us for an enchanting overnight retreat nestled inside our pink Himalayan salt cave — a one-of-a-kind experience that blends ancient healing with deep rest and sacred community.

Your evening unfolds like this:

✨7:30 PM — Arrive & Settle In:
Ground yourself in the healthy, mineral-rich air of the cave as you prepare for an evening of restoration.

✨7:45-9pm- Evening Yoga + Sound Bath:
Move, breathe, and release with a grounding yoga practice followed by an immersive sound bath to melt away the week.

✨9-10:00pm- Quiet Hour — Tea, Journaling & Stillness:
Sip warm tea, write in your journal, or simply be. No agenda. Just you and the salt.

✨10:00 PM — Lights Out:
Drift off to sleep cocooned in the cave’s natural, air-purifying embrace.

✨6:30-7:15am — Rise & Morning Yoga:
Welcome the new day with a gentle morning practice and meditation to see the week’s intention.

✨7:30am - Light Breakfast:
Nourish yourself before heading back into the world — refreshed, restored, and recharged.
