Salt and Sound Healing is a deeply restful guided meditation practice (yoga nidra) that invites us to visit each level of our being & open the door to ease & bliss. Paired with sound healing, it is an amazing way to access and release energy that is held in the body. Come join Master Crystal Reiki Healer Patty Guice in the Cave for this 75 minute class. Half of the class will be a group teaching of several practical techniques of Healing with Crystals.

- Crystal Reiki (using crystals to amplify your energy healing)

Colin McPhillamy has had a lifelong fascination with the stars. His work as a stage actor has taken him from London’s West End and The National Theatre there, to Broadway and many places beyond. He has studied astrology with many different schools. He combines a storytelling style in a reading designed to empower the client. He says:

“I am a big fan of The Salt Cave since I first met it earlier this year. So I am delighted to be able to offer this combination event with Arianne.
