This has felt like a long time comin..... but I'm off to Copenhagen to compete in the World Massage Championship this weekend!!!!🙌🏽😮‍💨🦾

Dreams really do come true because of our work towards them.... AND, they're cushioned and sometimes fed and watered through the love, support, and continued belief from others.

I'm so, SO lucky to have the love surrounding me that I do. From my instructors to my friends and family, to my colleagues, clients, and the river crew of supporters and my ranch family at Heaven On Earth; I feel like I'm going with a whole entourage behind me. Thank you all of you for always and endlessly and deeply supporting me and cheering me on. I feel your love and I'm so freaking pumped!!

My favorite feeling from Craniosacral therapy. For me as the practitioner, it's such a big wave of energy that bursts out of the head and whooshes into thin air. I've never seen anyone last a session without "going somewhere." Delish. Who knew the light touch of a weighted nickel could release so many deep tensions? Dr. Upledger did. 🙏🏽
