💥Yup, these 2 things make all the difference for me. Am I perfect? No!
👟I miss the gym some days and often miss my protein macro goal. Yet, I know that in TRYING to hit my protein macro of 140 grams, I guarantee I am getting more protein then if I was ignoring the amount of protein I consume.
