Slow Down for Your Heart
Biology: Slowing down reduces stress hormones and supports heart function.
Behavior: Take intentional pauses during your day.
Belief: Slowing down is strength.
A heart guided by heart-healthy calm restores.
Pause.
Slowing down isn’t weakness—it’s wisdom for your heart.
These two: try slowing them down!
They do eventually, with their tongues dragging. Sometimes I do the same thing- push myself to my max! Not good!
I am being intentional about slowing down.
