Though his passing leaves a void at the dinner table and on his front porch, we take comfort in knowing that to live is Christ, but to die is gain. With heartfelt sympathy, Mitchell-Josey Funeral Home, Inc., and members of the Coe family announce the passing of Ms. Mary Elizabeth Coe of Darlington, SC. Ms. Coe transitioned Saturday, September 20, 2025, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, SC, after an illness.

The family will be receiving friends daily from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 3103 Santee River Drive, Florence, SC.

Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced at a later date.
