Retirement of Longevity Nurse

After more than 35 years of dedicated service to MHLC and now LHC, we are celebrating the well-earned retirement of one of our most cherished nurses, Sandy Bryson. Sandy is extremely dedicated and dependable as a coworker and nurse, contributing her skills, compassion, and positivity across many departments and roles throughout the years.

Her warm spirit, uplifting attitude, and fun nature have touched countless patients and coworkers alike. While we will deeply miss seeing her each day, we are excited for this next chapter in her life.

Please join us in wishing Sandy the very best as she enjoys more time with her family—and maybe even a few well-deserved road trips with friends! Congratulations, Sandy, and thank you for everything you’ve given to our community.

When you’re coming in for an emergency visit or arriving after hours, the last thing you need is confusion about where to park. We’ve added new exterior signage to make finding your way easier and faster.

Please use the West Side Entrance to access our Emergency Department or to visit patients after hours.

Christmas Giving Tree at LHC

Lafayette Hospital + Clinics is proud to partner with Christmas for Kids of SW Wisconsin, a volunteer- and donation-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to bringing joy to children during the holiday season.

At LHC, in the McCoy Atrium, you’ll find a Christmas tree decorated with snowflakes. Each snowflake represents a child, listing their age and a special wish-list item.

If you’d like to take part in this wonderful holiday give-back opportunity, simply choose a snowflake and return the unwrapped gift(s) by November 30th. All gifts will be distributed in time for Christmas.

Thank you for helping make the season brighter for local children!

Happy Radiologic Technology Week!

This week, we celebrate our incredible Imaging Department and the dedicated work of our Radiologic Technologists — the experts behind MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, CT, Bone Density, Fluoroscopy imaging, etc.

Radiologic Technology Week coincides with the discovery of the X-ray by Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen in 1895, marking the beginning of modern medical imaging. Technology has come a long way since then and LHC is proud to offer daily, on-site 3T MRI to our list of new services.

Our Imaging Team plays a crucial role in patient care, supporting Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Emergency Department services — often working long hours to ensure high-quality, timely imaging for every patient.

Last night, we were proud to welcome the Lafayette County Advisory Committee to LHC!
This event, facilitated by CESA 3, brings together Lafayette County businesses, schools, healthcare representatives, and community members who are passionate about collaboration and local impact.

A huge thank-you to CESA 3, Ned Lease and his team, Troy Maggied from the Southwest Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, and Woodford State Bank for sponsoring the meal.
