We're on a mission to protect honeybee populations and transform the way we care for our most essential pollinators. After witnessing the devastating loss of over 14 million honeybees in a semi-truck accident on May 30th, 2025 in Lynden, WA, we realized there was no local or national plan in place to help. So, we created one. Now, as a Washington State-registered non-profit, we're ready to take this nationwide.
Why We Need Your Help:
The Natural Beekeeper's Path Non-Profit is creating the National Beekeeper Emergency Response Network—a nationwide database of beekeepers ready to respond to honeybee-related emergencies such as hive transport accidents, environmental spills, and mass colony displacements. This coordinated effort offers on-site assistance, remote consultation, and rapid mobilization to protect pollinators and minimize losses—ensuring that no beekeeper faces a crisis alone.
In addition, we're offering the National Beekeeper Emergency Response Plan as a free public resource designed to guide first responders, beekeepers, and citizens through the critical steps of responding to beehive and beehive transport accidents. Developed with accessibility and action in mind, it is available to everyone—no registration or fee required.

Continue gifting Shungite and natural resources to beekeepers worldwide
Educate communities with free classes, downloads, and guides
Develop field kits, support responders, and coordinate rescue efforts during bee-related disasters

With no central plan, no organized team, and no accessible guidance for responders, the result was heartbreaking. That experience catalyzed this movement: to ensure that next time, we’re not starting from scratch.
